Head Of Growth Marketing
Growth marketer to rapidly scale our go to market
Why This Role?
Build and scale a marketplace: Our platform connects software companies who need implementation help to experts who want repeatable projects. The challenges that come with building and scaling marketplace are why we're hiring smart individuals like yourself.
Get in at the ground floor: Our team is very small, but we punch above our weight. We've hit an inflection point with product-market fit and are ready to scale. You will have a big hand in shaping the company as we grow.
Wear many hats: We all collaborate to get the job done. It's not uncommon to think through product features, business models, and database schemas all in the same day.
Responsibilities
- Drive audience sizing, spend allocation, budget optimization, cadence, channel mix and overall prioritization of all paid campaigns
- Optimize spend to deliver ROI and setup reporting on LTV, ROAS etc.
- Build and define the A/B testing framework to drive ongoing campaign optimization
- Be responsible for weekly, monthly reporting cadence
- Identify new channel, placement and other opportunities to drive brand, product, and growth objectives
- Build and optimize marketing and sales funnel
What We're Looking For
- BA/BS degree
- 7+ years relevant work experience, with at least 2 years managing media, paid ads and managing multi-million dollar spend levels.
- Experience working with marketing, product, sales and engineering leadership
- Quantitative analytical experience and communication skills
- Demonstrated cross-functional leadership within a dynamic, rapidly changing environment
- Experience in online marketing, ad operations, analytics, customer relationship management, and/or strategy consulting
- Memelord a plus
