About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Investor Relations to take on a pivotal role in managing all aspects of investor communication and engagement. The successful candidate will be the primary liaison between the company and its investors, capital partners, and the wider investment community. This includes owning the company's investor narrative, which involves translating its strategy, performance, and long-term value creation into clear and compelling messaging. The role is both strategic and tactical, requiring the VP to manage all investor communication and reporting, prepare a variety of investor materials, and lead the development of the investor-facing narrative. The VP will also be responsible for maintaining proactive relationships with sell-side analysts and representing the company at various investor events. Applicants for the Vice President of Investor Relations position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an advanced degree such as an MBA preferred. A minimum of 10 years' experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, equity research, or a related field is required. The role demands a professional with a proven track record in owning investor-facing messaging and senior-level communications, as well as executive presence and credibility in high-stakes, external-facing conversations. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential, with the ability to distill complex information into clear narratives. The VP will work closely with the leadership team, including the Founder/CEO and CFO, and must be adept at providing insights on investor sentiment, market perception, and peer activity.
