This role will be responsible for accounting functions and production of financial reports for a portfolio of properties. Responsibilities Maintain cash balances in accordance with client requirements and prepare transfer and funding requests. Reconcile general ledger accounts with supporting schedules monthly. Ensure monthly recurring mortgage, insurance, and miscellaneous payments are approved and processed. Lead and coordinate the annual budget process. Provide tax accountants requested financial reports along with supporting documentation. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree or 3 years equivalent accounting work experience. Property management experience and Yardi experience a plus. Skills Great customer service mindset and enjoys being client facing. Organized and able to prioritize. Conflict resolution seeker with ability to maintain confidentiality. Employment Type Full Time, Direct Hire, Hybrid role post‑training – 3 days in office, 2 days work‑from‑home (days at home employee choice).
