Electrical Assembler

Location: Centennial, CO

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM

Pay: Starting at $24.78/hr - $27.78/hr with long-term growth opportunities

We are seeking Electrical Assemblers to build custom, high-value industrial machinery in a manufacturing environment. This position involves reading blueprints and wiring diagrams, assembling electrical components, panel wiring, troubleshooting systems, and supporting final machine builds. Every machine is customized, providing a unique and hands-on work experience.

• Build and wire electrical systems, control panels, and machine assemblies
• Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and electrical schematics
• Perform panel wiring, harness assembly, conduit routing, and electrical terminations
• Troubleshoot electrical systems and machine components
• Use multimeters, voltmeters, and other testing equipment to verify functionality
• Route and organize wiring for serviceability and quality standards
• Support machine startup, testing, and final assembly operations
• Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow safety procedures, quality standards, and lockout/tagout requirements

• 2+ years of electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, or related manufacturing experience
• Experience with electrical wiring, terminations, and assembly work
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Comfortable using hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Reliable attendance and desire to learn in a team-oriented environment

• Electrical apprenticeship or Journeyman Electrician background
• Trade school or vocational training
• Machine building or custom equipment manufacturing experience
• Experience with panel building, conduit bending, and industrial control systems

This position is based in a clean manufacturing facility where employees build custom machinery from the ground up. Candidates should be comfortable working with electrical components, machine assemblies, hand tools, and power tools in a production setting while maintaining high standards for quality and safety.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Centennial, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.78 - $24.78/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
