Performance Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Performance Test Engineer with 5+ years of experience and strong expertise in API testing to ensure our applications meet high standards of reliability, scalability, and efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in performance testing tools (Load Runner), scripting, and in-depth knowledge of API testing.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Testing:
- Design, develop, and execute performance testing strategies for web and backend systems.
- Create performance test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner
- nalyze performance test results and provide actionable recommendations for improvements.
- Identify and address bottlenecks in application performance.
PI Testing:
- Validate API functionality, performance, scalability, and security.
- Develop and execute API Test Cases.
- Conduct load and stress testing for APIs.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with developers, PO's and DevOps teams to optimize system performance.
- Participate in requirement gathering to understand performance criteria and benchmarks.
Monitoring & Reporting:
- Monitor system performance during tests and identify deviations.
- Generate comprehensive performance test reports, documenting results and areas for improvement.
Continuous Improvement :
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.
