Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license and Ohio Department of Education (ODE) certification required
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC-SLP or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
• Experience with pediatric populations and school-based services preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Ability to travel between sites as assigned

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver assessment, intervention, and prevention services for speech and language disorders within a PreK-12 school population
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs/504s) in collaboration with educational staff and families
• Conduct evaluations and monitor students’ progress, maintaining compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Consult with teachers, parents, and support staff to optimize student success
• Maintain thorough and accurate records in accordance with school district and legal standards
• Advocate for students’ communication needs in varied educational settings
