An exciting opportunity awaits passionate Speech-Language Pathologists eager to make an impact within a vibrant school setting. This full-time, contract position focuses on supporting students across PreK–12th grades and gives you the chance to deliver critical speech and language services to young learners in the community. The role is itinerant, so some travel between schools will be involved, keeping each day dynamic and engaging.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology licensure for Ohio (OH SLP)
• Current Ohio Department of Education (ODE) certification
• Open to candidates with CCC, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY), and strong pediatric or healthcare SLP backgrounds
• Previous experience in school-based settings is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for collaborating with educators and families
• Ability to travel between school sites as needed

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide assessment, diagnosis, and therapeutic interventions for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students from PreK through 12th grade
• Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws
• Educate and advise teachers, staff, and families on strategies to facilitate student success
