Front Desk Agent

Front Desk Clerk Marriott Albuquerque is currently seeking a friendly and outgoing Front Desk Clerk to join our team. We ensure a professional work environment and focus on our staff's growth within the industry. Responsibilities: Check-in and check-out guests. Respond to guest inquiries, and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner. Answer inquiries pertaining to hotel services, registration, shopping, and dining directions. Handle cash and credit card transactions and process guest accounts. Any and all other work required. Must be flexible to workdays, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent. Front Desk experience preferred but will train. Able to read, write and communicate in English. Benefits: Medical. Dental. Vision. 401k. PTO and Sick days.
