About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Coordinator / Analyst to support documentation, recordkeeping, data entry, and administrative processes.

The ideal candidate will be organized, accurate, comfortable working with confidential information, and proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel .

Key Responsibilities

• Review and categorize documents accurately.
• Cross-reference information across multiple systems.
• Maintain organized records and tracking reports using Microsoft Excel.
• Review data and identify discrepancies or missing information.
• Communicate questions or findings to the appropriate supervisor or team member.
• Handle confidential employee information with strict discretion.
• Perform general administrative and data entry tasks.
• Assist with ad hoc reporting and basic data analysis as needed.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office , especially Microsoft Excel.
• Basic Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, basic formulas, and comparing data.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Basic analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to compare information and identify discrepancies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally.
• Must be able to work 100% onsite in Overland Park, KS .

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in HR, administrative support, or data entry.
• Experience with document review or recordkeeping.
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Training will be provided on specific recordkeeping processes.

Work Environment

• 100% onsite office position in Overland Park, KS .
• Regular use of computers and Microsoft Office applications.
• Frequent handling of confidential employee documentation.
• Standard professional office environment.
