A growing Johnson County construction company is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to add to their team and play an instrumental, hands-on role supporting the Project Managers.

The Project Coordinator will handle a variety of tasks that includes:

• Be the point of contact for the Project Managers
• Make calls to vendors to gather information needed for billing
• Develop bids and estimates for various construction projects
• Type up submittals
• Keep track and maintain accurate documents for projects
• Order materials for projects
• Helps process some accounts payable
• Make sure invoices are coded correctly for each job
• Any other needs as assigned

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Project Coordinator within the Construction industry
• Experience with Procore software preferred
• Excellent Excel skills
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Adaptability, flexibility, multi-tasking and problem-solving
