Staff Accountant

Overview Position : Principal Account Executive at Anderson Frank Pay range : This range is provided by Tenth Revolution Group. Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Perform general ledger (GL) accounting tasks, including journal entries and account reconciliations Prepare and analyze bank reconciliations on a monthly basis Process accounts payable (AP) transactions, including vendor invoice coding, payment processing, and vendor communication Assist with the month-end close , including accruals, reconciliations, and preparation of financial reports Ensure all financial data is recorded in accordance with company policies and GAAP Support internal and external audits as needed Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all accounting activities Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 1–3 years of accounting experience, preferably in a corporate environment Solid understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software Experience with NetSuite is a strong plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Preferred Skills Experience with ERP systems, particularly NetSuite Exposure to month-end and year-end closing procedures Familiarity with multi-entity or multi-currency environments a plus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries Staffing and Recruiting #J-18808-Ljbffr Tenth Revolution Group
