Partial Hospitalization Program Clinician – GAP (General Adult Program) HRI Hospital is seeking a full‑time mental health clinician for its General Adult Program (GAP) Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). This is a Monday‑Friday, 40‑hour per week position. HRI Hospital is a 66‑bed psychiatric facility offering adult inpatient services and several partial hospitalization programs. We are part of the largest private mental health system in Massachusetts. Website: HRI Hospital offers six distinct Partial Hospitalization Programs, including the General Adult Psychiatric Program (GAP), the Triangle Program, Women’s Program, Ascend Program, Stride Program, and Dual Diagnosis Program. These programs provide a safe, structured environment while enabling patients to return home at night and maintain important family and community relationships. Participants attend daily group therapy, meet with a clinician for individualized counseling and case management, and visit with a psychiatric prescriber for medication management. Partial hospitalization may be appropriate for patients transitioning from inpatient to outpatient treatment, or as an alternative for patients who are not a danger but need a structured plan.
