OP Specialty Bracing is growing, and we believe our team is the key to our success. We are hiring a Shipping and Receiving Specialist to join our team. Position Summary : Responsible for receiving incoming materials, maintaining accurate inventory transactions, preparing outbound shipments, and supporting warehouse operations to ensure timely material flow throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities : Receive incoming materials and verify quantities, packaging, and documentation. Process receiving transactions accurately within the ERP system. Store materials in designated warehouse locations and maintain organization. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders and internal transfers for shipment. Complete shipping documentation and coordinate carrier pickups. Maintain inventory accuracy and participate in cycle counts. Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies. Follow FIFO and material traceability requirements. Operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Support production by ensuring timely delivery of materials and components. Perform all other duties as assigned. Quality and Compliance : Inspect incoming shipments for visible damage or discrepancies. Ensure shipping and receiving records are accurate and complete. Maintain compliance with company procedures and safety requirements. Report material, inventory, or shipping concerns to management. Qualifications : High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous shipping, receiving, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred. Basic computer skills and experience using ERP systems preferred. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and within a cross-functional team.
