Position Overview
- Greet and serve guests promptly and with a positive attitude.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
- Deliver meals and drinks to tables in a timely manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the caf dining area.
- Assist with preparing tables for guests, including setups for parties and events.
- Handle payments, process transactions, and provide accurate change/receipts.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure order accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
- Report directly to the Caf Manager/Park Manager.
- Previous experience as a server or in customer service preferred (but not required).
- Strong communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment.
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Physically able to stand for long periods and carry trays/plates.
