Float Personal Banker Associate I – Cincinnati, Ohio 45247 Essential Duties And Responsibilities Promote a good customer experience by consistently providing best in class customer satisfaction, demonstrating a friendly demeanor, can‑do attitude, and willingness to help at all times. Develop rapport with the customer base, maintain knowledge of account ownership. Answer customer questions confidently and find solutions to customer issues. Respond and resolve issues in a timely manner with written communication. Maintain confidentiality of all customer business. Follow the Bancorp Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and related policies. Perform daily office responsibilities with the platform team to ensure efficient operation. Maintain accurate balancing records and correct outages when identified. Keep up‑to‑date with bank policies and financial center procedures. Handle consumer and business customer problems professionally and refer complex issues to leadership when required. Make sound judgment in decision making, abiding by established guidelines. Consistently meet or exceed sales referrals set by management. Participate regularly in daily huddles, sales meetings and staff meetings. Maintain a working knowledge of the full line of retail products and services, and pursue further development as needed. Initiate conversations to uncover customer needs and refer customers to business partners for selling and cross‑selling bank products. Utilize tools for referral tracking. Review daily tools and dashboards for referral progression and fulfillment. Pursue continuous learning via self‑motivation, formal education, seminars and in‑house training. Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required High school diploma or GED. Ability to perform advanced math functions for cash handling. Professional appearance and ability to present a public facing image. Comfortable interacting with the public, demonstrating initiative to start dialogue. Strong reading and writing skills for oral and written communication. In‑depth knowledge of retail policies and procedures with minimal supervision; typically 2+ years experience as a customer service representative. Sound judgment, decision‑making and diplomacy in problem resolution. Team‑oriented, positive interpersonal skills when working with co‑workers and management. Scheduling flexibility. SAFE Act registration required at employment through the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS). Working Conditions Normal office environment. Prolonged screen time. Travel required to various financial centers. Compensation & Benefits The base salary is reflective of the range for this pay grade across the U.S. Final compensation is based on role, skill set, experience, education, and location.
