Starting annual salary of $100,000 for New Grads, up to $140,000 annual salary depending on experience!

This is a full-time position providing service in the East Valley (including Tempe, Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Queen Creek).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide therapy services per physician's orders
• Assess functional status and recommend adaptive equipment
• Teach new skills or retrain patients in daily activities
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in case conferences

Requirements

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the State of Arizona
• Graduate of an ACOTE-accredited OT program, eligible for NBCOT certification
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation
