Title: Desktop Support Technician III
Location: 340 Mt. Kemble Avenue, Morristown, NJ 07960
Pay Rate: $28/HR on W2
Desktop Support - Assisting customers in an office environment and remotely using various tools and applications. Setup of desktop equipment i.e. laptops, docking stations, monitors etc. Imaging of laptops when needed. Sending and Receiving equipment. Updating/Resolving tickets in Service Now.
What is the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Great Customer Service, Desktop Support (Win10 and Office 365). What will the work schedule be for this position? (M-F) 8am-5pm. Overtime? No. On-call? No. How many overall years of experience should this person have? 12-24 months Enterprise Desktop Support. Do they need any specific certifications or education? CompTIA A+.
