We are seeking an Sr level Desktop Support Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Developing, maintaining and troubleshooting computer systems and networks
- Installing software, setting up local networks and configuring hardware
- Identifying and resolving technical problems
- Researching and evaluating new technologies
- Providing Desktop & help desk technical support
- Developing security systems to safeguard computer networks and systems
- Creating backup and recovery plans
- Collaborate with teams to identify and evaluate requirements for new systems or system upgrades
- Develop, install, configure, and maintain system applications and hardware
- Identify and rectify system related problems
- Administer user accounts and email addresses
- Create support documents and update knowledge base materials
- Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, VOIP
- Hardware and Software troubleshooting exp
- Customer service, problem-solving, technical aptitude, excellent communication and analytical skills
- Microsoft SQL Server,
- Minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field
