HVAC Installation Tech
Location: Kalida, OH
Pay: $25-$40 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday | Overtime in busy season

What You'll Do
- Install residential HVAC equipment and complete system replacements
- Ensure installations meet company standards and manufacturer specifications
- Test, troubleshoot, and verify system performance
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
- Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every project
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of HVAC installation experience
- EPA Certification required
- Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
