Continue growing with meaningful work, mentorship, and long-term opportunities at Fidelity.The RoleWe’re looking for curious, driven systems analysts who want to understand how technology and business come together to solve problems and deliver value for customers.In this role, you will:Support analysis activities by participating in stakeholder discussions, capturing requirements, and helping clarify ambiguities with guidance from senior analysts and team membersWork on real projects from start to finish, gaining exposure to the full delivery lifecycle including requirements, architecture, design, testing, and implementationCreate and maintain documentation such as user stories, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and process/data flow diagrams using standard tools and templates, while describing basic concepts and major activities associated with requirements analysisDevelop an understanding of business context, system workflows, data flows, and upstream/downstream dependencies across the technology landscapeSupport basic data analysis activities, including running queries, validating test data, and investigating simple data or system issues. while identifying gaps between current systems and future business needs.Assist with testing efforts by creating test cases, executing tests, analyzing results, and logging defectsExplore emerging tools and technologies, including AI, and learn how to apply them responsibly to improve analysis and delivery outcomesContribute as part of a team focused on delivering solutions that help customers achieve their long-term financial goalsSkills You BringPursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Business, MIS, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related fieldFamiliarity with requirements gathering, documentation, or systems analysis concepts (academic or internship experience)Foundational awareness of data concepts (e.g., data flows, data validation, or querying)Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skillsAbility to break down problems and ask thoughtful, clarifying questionsFamiliarity with diagramming tools such as Visio or DrawioHands-on project or internship experience (preferred)Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to collaborate and thrive in a fast-paced, team environmentCuriosity, attention to detail, and a passion for continuous learningWhy Fidelity?
