You will organize daily service appointments, dispatch technicians as calls are completed, make schedule adjustments when priorities change, and keep customers informed throughout the process.You will also schedule return visits, maintain accurate customer and job records, and help ensure technicians have the information, parts, tools, and equipment needed to complete each assignment efficiently.Primary ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain the daily schedules for service technicians.Dispatch technicians to residential service calls.Monitor job progress and reassign calls as availability changes.Schedule return visits once required parts are available.Maintain the rotating on-call schedule for technicians.Keep customers updated on appointment times, delays, and schedule changes.Enter and update customer, job, and scheduling information in ServiceTitan.Communicate clearly with technicians, managers, customers, and office staff.Help confirm that technicians have the necessary job details, parts, and equipment.Prepare service invoices and technician timecards for processing.Provide maintenance agreement billing information to the accounting department.Maintain accurate records and assist with other service department needs.What We Are Looking ForThe right candidate will be dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing several moving parts at once. You should be able to adjust priorities quickly while remaining calm, professional, and organized.This position also requires someone who can work independently, communicate clearly, and take ownership of keeping the service schedule running efficiently.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of HVAC dispatching, scheduling, or related service coordination experienceServiceTitan experience preferredStrong computer and data-entry skillsAbility to manage multiple calls, schedules, and prioritiesKnowledge of the greater Orlando service area or strong map-reading skillsBasic understanding of the HVAC or home-service industry preferredExcellent communication and customer-service skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to remain effective in a high-pressure environmentDependable and capable of working with limited directionThis is an in-office position located in Orlando, Florida.No phone calls or in-office inquiries regarding this position.
