Senior Accountant

As a Senior Accountant, you’ll take ownership of critical accounting and reporting functions—from month-end close and financial analysis to statutory reporting and consolidation while partnering closely with Finance leadership and teams across the organization. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with 4+ years of progressive accounting experience. Strong hands-on experience with general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis. Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP and the ability to independently research and resolve accounting issues. Advanced Excel skills and experience working within an ERP-based accounting environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet critical reporting deadlines. Preferred CPA or progress toward CPA, Epicor experience, financial consolidation/multi-entity reporting, IFRS or GAAP-to-IFRS experience, multinational accounting experience, or BlackLine/close-management software experience. Duties Lead key month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and supporting schedules. Analyze financial activity, investigate variances and unusual transactions, and translate findings into accurate accounting adjustments. Own statutory financial reporting through an Epicor-based reporting environment, ensuring financial statements and supporting reports are accurate and reconciled. Support monthly consolidation and GAAP-to-IFRS reporting, including intercompany activity, adjustment schedules, and quarterly reporting packages. Partner with Finance leadership, auditors, and operational teams on reporting, controls, process improvements, and special accounting projects.
