Showcase Realty, LLC is seeking an experienced Spanish-speaking Real Estate Agent to join our dynamic team in Charlotte, NC.
In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding our reach within the Spanish-speaking community by connecting qualified buyers with our listings, guiding them through every step of the homebuying process, and delivering expert guidance as they make important decisions. Your ability to communicate clearly, build trust, and provide an exceptional customer experience will be essential to your success.
We offer a strong earning opportunity, with agents typically making $65,000+ in commissions , along with the tools, leads, and support needed to grow your career.

Compensation:$65,000+
Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain client relationships with Spanish language speakers in the real estate market, including communicating and staying current with local market conditions and trends
- Provide Spanish language consultation and advice to colleagues and clients throughout the entire real estate process
- Negotiate contracts for buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties in a Spanish-language environment
- Prepare marketing materials and organize property listing information in Spanish
- Participate in open houses, meetings, and events to proactively promote real estate services to the Spanish language community
- Licensed real estate agent in the United States
- Bilingual: Spanish and English language fluency
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven success in sales and customer service
- US Work Authorization
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
