Visit us at Contingent Upon AwardTitle: Senior Grants Management Manager Client: Federal AgencyLocation: Hybrid - WashingtonClearance: Public TrustSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance; the applicant must be a U.S. Citizen for consideration.Number of Position(s): 1Work Schedule: 8 am – 5 pmAalis Management Consulting is seeking an experienced Senior Grants Management Manager to provide federal grants management and program leadership support in a highly collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the full federal grants lifecycle, from award through closeout.Manage multidisciplinary teams and oversee staff performance and development.Provide quality assurance, financial monitoring, audit resolution, and compliance oversight.Serve as a primary customer and stakeholder interface.Manage grants data and activities using GrantSolutions or comparable grants management systems.Monitor program and financial performance and ensure timely, accurate deliverables.Support grant closeout, reporting, and corrective actions.QualificationsBachelor 's degree required.8–12+ years of federal grants and program leadership experience.3+ years managing multidisciplinary teams.DOL/ETA/OGM or Department of Education experience strongly preferred.Strong knowledge of federal grants management, financial monitoring, and audit resolution.Aalis Management Consulting is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
