Mentorship: Provide guidance to entrepreneurs in our portfolio, supporting them in overcoming challenges and refining their growth strategies. Market Trends: Offer insights into emerging trends in digital health, medical devices, and population health to inform investment and operational strategies. Networking: Leverage your professional network to identify promising startups, engage potential investors, and foster partnerships aligned with Healthcare Shares’ goals. Governance: Support ethical oversight and ensure that activities adhere to our mission and values. Qualifications Professional Background: Strong expertise in medicine, technology, life sciences, or business, with a deep interest in digital health, medical devices, or population health. Relevant Experience: Prior involvement in venture capital, startups, or healthcare innovation initiatives is highly valued but not mandatory. Strategic Vision: A demonstrated ability to assess opportunities critically and provide actionable insights aligned with the quintuple aim. Collaborative Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor entrepreneurs and work effectively with other advisors.
