About the Role
The Company is in search of a Corporate Vice President for Executive Communications to join their Field Communications team. The successful candidate will be a strategic partner to the Head of Agency and senior leadership, responsible for developing and executing internal executive communications that align with business priorities and foster leadership engagement. This role demands a professional with a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and over 10 years' experience in executive or corporate communications, particularly within a fast-paced, business-focused environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating high-impact, tailored communications for diverse audiences, and will be adept at translating complex business strategies into clear and compelling messages. Proficiency in modern communication and AI-enabled tools is essential, as is the ability to build trusted relationships and provide strategic counsel to senior leaders. Key responsibilities for this role at the company include partnering with senior Agency leaders to develop executive communication strategies, creating a range of communication materials from speeches to event content, and providing executive coaching to enhance messaging effectiveness. The role also involves supporting sensitive and time-critical communications, such as crisis and business continuity messaging. While not mandatory, experience in financial services, insurance, or a similar regulated industry is preferred, as is familiarity with digital communications and multimedia storytelling. The successful candidate will be a proactive, professional individual with strong business acumen, excellent project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives in a dynamic environment.
