About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President for Corporate Strategic Planning. This role is pivotal in driving the firm's strategic development efforts, including the evaluation and execution of complex initiatives that impact the company's long-term positioning. The successful candidate will be responsible for independently assessing a range of strategic opportunities, from partnerships to restructurings, and will lead the day-to-day management of defined initiatives. Key responsibilities include strategic development and opportunity assessment, transaction and initiative leadership, cross-functional coordination, and the creation of executive-ready materials. The role demands a professional with a minimum of 6 years' of relevant experience, strong financial analysis and modeling skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively. Applicants for the Vice President position should have a background in M&A consulting, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, strategy, or strategic finance, with a focus on transactions and complex initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of management consulting and financial services experience, and an MBA or advanced degree is preferred. The role requires a high level of integrity, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential matters with strong judgment. A successful candidate will be intellectually curious, have the ability to challenge assumptions constructively, and demonstrate strong leadership and influencing skills.
