Line Cooks play a vital role in delivering quality American cuisine within a fast-paced and casual kitchen environment. Working in small teams of 1-2 cooks, they are responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking meals using essential kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and stoves, and ensuring dishes meet quality standards while maintaining sanitation and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and set up stations for efficient cooking.
• Cook menu items using grill, fryer, oven, and stove.
• Assemble orders promptly while maintaining quality control.
• Manage inventory and coordinate supply needs.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
• Must be able to clean and maintain cooking equipment and kitchen.
• Collaborate effectively with team members during shifts.
• Maintain time management to meet service demands.

Required Qualifications

• Valid Food Handler's Permit.
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.
• Proficient knife skills and culinary techniques.
• Understanding of various cooking methods.

Preferred Qualifications
