Office Services Specialist

Our client is looking for an Office Services Assistant to join their team in New York City. This position is onsite (5 days/week) supporting daily office operations and ensuring a professional, organized workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide front office and reception support, including greeting guests and handling incoming calls
• Manage mail services, package distribution, and courier coordination
• Set up and maintain conference rooms for meetings and events
• Assist with day-to-day facilities support, including office organization, supplies, and vendor coordination
• Support employees with general office and administrative needs
• Maintain a polished and professional office environment

Qualifications:

• Prior office services, receptionist, facilities, or administrative experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general office technology
• Reliable, proactive, and team-oriented
