Hospital Details

Inpatient services span a broad range of primary and secondary acute care services. Outpatient services include rehabilitation, obstetrical/gynecological, sleep testing, cardiology, and additional care.

Hospitalist Service

• Daily Encounters: 114

• Staffing Model:
  • 16-20 per Physician – 84 hours of Physician coverage daily
  • 12-14 per APP – 36 hours of APP coverage daily
• EMR: Epic
• 14 Physician/8 APP provider hospitalist team
• Dedicated nocturnist
• Intensivists onsite until ~5 pm, then on call
• Procedures not required
• Open ICU

Compensation

• Excellent compensation package with an estimated employed W-2 range of $125/hour to $150/hour PLUS comprehensive USACS benefits, a 10% practice-funded 401k and USACS ownership stock. Additional leadership stipend included.

As an Assistant Medical Director at USACS you will work alongside the Medical Director and staff at the hospital. Your leadership role will include:

• Recruiting Physicians and APPs to the practice
• Providing orientation, mentoring, and monitoring progress of new providers
• Supervising IAC team members, creating a schedule and attending meetings
• Making sure that the IAC practice follows all governing bodies
• Providing direct care to patients.
