Agape Behavioral Health is seeking a Telehealth Therapist for our South Florida facilities. The role conducts psychosocial assessments, develops Master Treatment Plans with the Treatment Team, coordinates discharge planning, and maintains communication with families and referral sources. Remote work is available with a Florida license required (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT). The position requires a Master’s Degree, active Florida licensure, and at least 1 year of substance abuse or mental health treatment #J-18808-Ljbffr Agape Behavioral Health
