This is an opportunity for a dedicated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide critical mental health services in a remote setting. The professional will work at the Post Traumatic Mental Therapist Clinic, specializing in the treatment of clients dealing with the aftermath of trauma and related mental health issues. As a full-time position, you will work 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available, including 4x10 or 5x8 shifts from 8 AM to 7 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy or counseling services to a diverse clientele, which may include individuals, groups, couples, or families.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to gather and analyze social, personal, environmental, and health data critical to treatment planning.

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat mental health conditions within your scope of practice, ensuring that clients receive immediate support for acute issues as well as ongoing care.

• Coordinate and plan customized programs and activities that address clients' social and emotional needs, applying evidence-based practices.
\n
• Facilitate cases related to cognitive, emotional, and behavioral health, including crisis resolution and connections to community resources.

• Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients based on mutual respect and trust, fostering a safe environment for healing.
\n
• Assess treatment effectiveness and adapt strategies as necessary to enhance client progress and satisfaction.
\n
• Utilize appropriate assessment tools and resources to ensure comprehensive treatment strategies, documenting findings in client records according to established protocols.

• Maintain an assigned caseload and ensure timely and reflective documentation of services provided, contributing to effective therapy practices.

• Provide individual clinical counseling that is tailored to the specific needs of each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LCSW will primarily serve clients dealing with the effects of trauma and various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, addiction, and grief. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active LCSW license in the state of Florida is mandatory.

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in clinical social work or a related area is preferred.

• Demonstrated experience in counseling with a focus on mood disorders, addiction issues (including substance dependence), family dynamics, and grief counseling.

• Prior experience in a remote counseling position, utilizing telehealth platforms.

• Familiarity with the use of electronic health records (EHR) systems for documentation and client management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $85,000 to $104,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
