Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with Hope Wellness, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual and couples therapy to a diverse range of clients, addressing a variety of clinical presentations.

• Maintaining accurate and timely records for all client interactions, ensuring compliance with best practices and organizational standards.

• Scheduling ongoing appointments with clients and managing your calendar effectively to ensure seamless continuity of care.

• Utilizing our billing service to minimize administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on client care while ensuring claims and insurance matters are handled efficiently.

• Actively participating in team meetings and case reviews to enhance collaborative therapy approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a broad spectrum of clients, ranging from children and adolescents to adults and couples. You will have the opportunity to apply various therapeutic modalities that best fit each client's unique needs, fostering a rich, holistic approach to mental health treatment.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this role will possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work or Clinical Psychology, with independent licensure as an LCSW.

Compensation and Benefits\n
