Johnson & Johnson is seeking an experienced Associate Compensation & Benefits Tax Counsel to be located in New Brunswick, New Jersey. The role provides high-level tax and legal guidance to design and administer worldwide employee compensation and benefit plans, reporting to the VP Compensation & Benefits Tax Counsel. You will ensure compliance with IRS provisions, ERISA, and related laws, and advise on mergers, acquisitions, plan asset investments, executive compensation matters, and #J-18808-Ljbffr Johnson Johnson
