Real Estate Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with residential real estate closings from preparation through completion.
• Prepare and review closing documents and transaction paperwork.
• Coordinate with attorneys, clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
• Manage closing schedules, documentation, and post-closing tasks.
• Maintain accurate files and ensure transactions are completed efficiently and on time.

• 2+ years of residential real estate closing experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple transactions.
• Paralegal certification or relevant legal experience is preferred.
