Corporate Paralegal

Support attorneys with M&A transactions, due diligence, closings, and preparation of transaction documents. Prepare and maintain entity formation, governance, and corporate records for LLCs, corporations, and other business entities. Manage corporate filings, legal documentation, transaction checklists, and coordinate with clients, counsel, and third parties. Qualifications: 5–10+ years of corporate law paralegal experience with strong knowledge of corporate transactions. Hands-on experience with M&A, entity formations, corporate governance, and transactional documentation. Strong understanding of corporate legal processes with the ability to work independently at an advanced/associate-level capacity. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $100,000-$120,000 annually, plus bonus. Factors which may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
