Role: Sr Camunda Developer

- Provide application support, configuration, and enhancement for workflow-based systems.
- Design, develop, and optimize workflows using Camunda BPM (BPMN) .
- Apply strong Java Full Stack Development skills for application enhancements and issue resolution.
- Utilize JavaScript and Low-Code/No-Code tools to extend application functionality.
- Perform issue investigation and root cause analysis using Splunk logs and other monitoring tools.
- Handle application configurations, user support, and issue triaging effectively.
- Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to analyze issues and identify underlying causes.
- Support new feature testing in coordination with development teams.
- Maintain structured documentation in JIRA and Confluence , including tickets, user stories, and knowledge articles.
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data validation and troubleshooting.
- Work closely with front-end technologies such as React (as applicable)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in application support, configuration, or development roles.
- Strong focus on support, enhancements, issue analysis, and workflow troubleshooting.
- Experience working in US time zones with strong stakeholder communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
