Responsibilities Promote Ring's End products and services while ensuring customer satisfaction and store profitability. Assist customers with inquiries, provide product guidance, and handle returns and complaints promptly and fairly. Process sales and service orders using point-of-sale and vendor/quoting software. Answer phones and emails, maintain accurate inventory records, and support scheduling of deliveries. Contribute to a positive and cooperative team environment and continuously seek improvement in service delivery. Qualifications Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Exceptional customer service and problem‑solving skills. Experience with point‑of‑sale software and other vendor/quoting software. Strong basic mathematical skills.
