QA Technician II:

• Minimum 3 years of QA experience
• Must be able to hit the ground running with little to no training
• Experience with microscope inspection
• Ability to inspect both PCBAs and systems
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with documentation, record keeping, and data entry
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Final QC Inspector :
We are seeking an experienced Quality Control Inspector to support quality assurance activities in a high-volume PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process assemblies, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform inspections and audits of quality control processes and products.
• Inspect incoming components, raw materials, in-process assemblies, and finished goods.
• Verify product quality using IPC standards and manufacturing documentation.
• Operate and monitor Automatic Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.
• Read and interpret Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), drawings, diagrams, and Manufacturing Process Instructions (MPIs).
• Identify electronic component values and verify component placement and workmanship.
• Document inspection findings and support corrective actions to minimize rework and defects.
• Assist in maintaining product quality and compliance throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Quality Inspector experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in high-volume PCBA manufacturing required.
• Familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards.
• Experience operating AOI (Automatic Optical Inspection) equipment.
• Ability to identify electronic component values and read ECOs.
• Strong ability to read and follow manufacturing instructions, drawings, and diagrams.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be available for overtime and weekend work as needed.
