This role requires a highly accomplished clinical executive with deep clinical expertise, executive leadership experience, strong improvement scientific capability, global healthcare insight, and sound business judgment. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating complex clinical evidence into actionable strategies, driving innovation, and representing the organization on national and international stages to cultivate relationships with healthcare leaders, policymakers, researchers, and partners. Applicants for the CMO position at the company should have an MD, MD/PhD, DO, or equivalent, with demonstrated expertise in improvement science, and be board certified with an active, unrestricted license to practice.
