Patient Experience Representative: Cardiac Catheterization Lab

Boston Children's Hospital is a leading pediatric center committed to diversity and quality care. Position Summary You will provide support to the administrative operations of the Cardiology unit (Hale 6 CVOR/CPU), ensuring the best possible patient experience through effective coordination of services. Key Responsibilities Patient Encounter Management Provide positive customer service via phone Collaborate with referring providers Obtain required authorizations and compile patient & staff schedules Schedule patients and support patient encounters Administrative Record and forward messages, triage calls, initiate emergencies Provide routine clerical support as needed Minimum Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred Experience: Prior customer service or administrative experience; effective communication skills; empathy in difficult situations; ability to work with diverse constituencies Schedule Monday and Friday: 10:30 am – 7:00 pm; Tuesday–Thursday: 11:30 am – 8:00 pm (unit opens at 5:30 am; occasional coverage required) Benefits Competitive compensation and benefits include flexible schedules, health, vision, and dental insurance, child care and student loan subsidies, generous time off, 403(b) Retirement Savings plan, Pension, Tuition and certain License & Certification Reimbursement, cell phone plan discounts, and discounted T‑pass rates. #J-18808-Ljbffr Boston Children's Hospital
