Information Management Analyst

Description Primary Location: MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida Clearance: Active Secret Ability to work remotely: No Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking an Information Management Analyst to provide information management support to the MARCENT Plans and Policy Directorate (G-5), coordinating internal and external information requirements and recurring reporting. Specific Responsibilities Coordinate with MARCENT staff and action officers on development and management of internal/external information requirements Draft, update, collate, and track information requirements associated with command systems, recurring reports, administrative actions, and task management Ensure currency of NIPR/SIPR Portal and Shared Drive information; execute SIPR-to-NIPR document transfers Track tasks across multiple task management tools and update Read Books Collate weekly updates; manage electronic calendars and e-mail distribution lists Collate monthly inputs to the Defense Readiness Reporting System-Marine Corps (DRRS-MC) and Command Chronology inputs; assist with DTS Travel Claims Draft AMHS messages; assist in development and reconciliation of the Directorate Budget Track military awards submissions, appointment letters, recall rosters/cards, and annual/fiscal training requirements Track and update internal/external points of contact lists and provide requirements analyst support Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of relevant information/records management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Proficiency with SharePoint and DoD information management systems Active Secret clearance required Strong organizational and writing skills Physical Requirements And Work Environment Work is generally performed in a standard office environment at MacDill Air Force Base, Tampa, Florida. Must be able to sit, stand, and use computer equipment for extended periods. Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. occasionally. Travel Minimal travel required.
