- Lead medical quality, client experience, and hospital efficiency while practicing high-quality medicine
- Balance responsibilities with approximately 20-30 percent leadership and 70-80 percent clinical duties
- Mentor associate veterinarians and paraprofessionals; foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture
- Guide scheduling, workflow, and delegation to optimize productivity and patient care
- Provide comprehensive preventive care, diagnostics, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgery
- Develop treatment plans, communicate clearly with clients, and ensure thorough medical records
- Uphold safety and compliance standards; support continuous improvement in protocols and procedures
- Collaborate closely with practice leadership on goals, budgeting, and operational performance

- DVM/VMD or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active Washington veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
