Application Administrator (Jira) | Hybrid | Chicago, IL | Full-Time We're Hiring: Application Administrator Join our team in Chicago, IL (Hybrid) as a full-time Application Administrator. This role focuses on administering and enhancing an enterprise work management platform, including Jira Service Management (JSM), ScriptRunner, ProForma, Insight/Assets, automation workflows, and enterprise integrations. Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid) Job Type: Full-Time Job Description Contribute to requirements gathering from stakeholders. Configure and maintain Jira Service Management (JSM) functionality. Develop and maintain complex automation workflows. Develop and maintain field configurations, notifications, issue security, and permission schemes. Develop and maintain ProForma configurations and functionality. Develop and maintain Insight/Assets configurations and functionality. Extend platform functionality using ScriptRunner and enterprise scripting tools. Develop and maintain automation for administration tasks involving users, groups, roles, and schemes. Work with partner teams to negotiate and develop upstream and downstream data integrations. Maintain documentation, scripting, and tooling to promote configurations across environments. Perform peer reviews and provide constructive technical feedback. Follow SDLC best practices, including source control, automated testing, automated builds, configuration management, documentation, and deployment procedures.
