Property Management Experience Required

Brookside Properties is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support operations across three apartment communities totaling 312 apartment homes in Sellersburg, Indiana. This is a great opportunity for a motivated multifamily professional looking to gain multi-site experience and grow into a Community Manager role.

Responsibilities

Support daily operations across multiple apartment communities
Assist with leasing, renewals, resident retention, and marketing
Help achieve occupancy, revenue, and collections goals
Process resident accounts and financial transactions
Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve resident concerns
Assist with inspections, reporting, and team support
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies

Qualifications

2+ years of multifamily property management experience required
Assistant Community Manager, Leasing, or Property Management experience preferred
Strong customer service, organization, and communication skills
Entrata or similar property management software preferred
Microsoft Office proficiency
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
