Sustainability Solutions Manager

Masimo, a Danaher operating company, seeks a Sustainability Solutions Manager to oversee customer-facing sustainability programs, including sensor recycling initiatives. The role combines program execution, commercial strategy development, and cross-functional collaboration to drive adoption and environmental impact in the medical technology sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution and growth of customer-facing sustainability programs including sensor recycling
• Oversee end-to-end program lifecycle from enrollment through collection, processing, and customer reporting
• Develop data-driven commercial approaches including customer segmentation and go-to-market initiatives
• Create marketing plans, messaging, and sales collateral communicating program capabilities and value
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, and other stakeholders to optimize program workflows and identify improvement opportunities

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years progressive experience in program management, commercial strategy, marketing, or sustainability
• Demonstrated experience managing complex cross-functional programs from planning through execution
• Experience developing customer segmentation, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple stakeholders and deliverables
• Analytical expertise establishing metrics, evaluating performance, and using data for decision-making
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills for customer and sales-facing communications
• Ability to influence and drive results across teams without direct authority
