HR Generalist - Grow People, Drive Compliance | 401(k) & PTO

Scalis LLC

Korpack is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR records. You will be the first point of contact for employees on HR matters, keeping people processes accurate and compliant to attract, develop, and retain a strong team. This full-time role in Illinois requires a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, 2–4 years HR experience, and working knowledge of federal and Illinois employment law. #J-18808-Ljbffr Scalis LLC
