Job Description

Job Summary:
The CT Tech is responsible for operating computed tomography imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images for healthcare providers. This role requires technical expertise, patient care skills, and adherence to safety protocols.

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced diagnostic CT scans utilizing Philips Ingenuity and Siemens Go Top systems.
Ensure compliance with all certification and licensing requirements, including ARRT R + BLS + State license.
Prepare and position patients for imaging procedures, maintaining patient comfort and safety.
Maintain accurate documentation of procedures and ensure images meet quality standards.
Adhere to infection control policies and follow safety procedures related to radiation use.
Collaborate with medical staff to optimize diagnostic accuracy and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

Possess a minimum of 1 year of recent CT imaging experience.
Hold ARRT certification in Computed Tomography, BLS certification, and a valid State license.
Demonstrate proficiency with Philips Ingenuity and Siemens Go Top CT systems.
Be capable of performing high-quality imaging in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain current knowledge of safety protocols and radiation regulations.
Be able to communicate effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
