Our Sales Move-In Coordinator helps make that chapter feel exciting, organized, and personal from the first inquiry all the way to move-in day.If you're a people person, organizational superstar, and natural relationship-builder, this could be your perfect opportunity!What You'll DoOwn the move-in experience from inquiry through move-in, making sure every detail is coordinated and nothing falls through the cracks.Coordinate move-in and resident transfer schedules, paperwork, apartment readiness, and communication across departments.Partner with families, movers, residents, and community teams to make move-in day smooth and stress-free.Coordinate resident orientation and help new residents feel comfortable, informed, and welcomed into their new community.Coordinate the arrival of furniture and personal belongings and help create a memorable "Welcome Home" experience.Assist the Sales & Marketing Director with tours, follow-up calls, lead cultivation, deposits, and closing activities.Maintain accurate lead and move-in information using company systems and support daily and weekly marketing reporting.Keep marketing materials, tour books, and model apartments ready to impress.Help plan and host community events designed to build relationships and generate new inquiries.Track the effectiveness of events and help identify opportunities to grow occupancy.Build strong relationships with residents, families, prospects, and team members.Jump in, solve problems, and do whatever it takes to create an exceptional first impression and move-in experience.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.Previous customer service, sales, marketing, hospitality, or relationship-building experience required.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Confident, professional, personable, and comfortable interacting with families and prospective residents.Strong follow-through and attention to detail.Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and keep multiple moving pieces organized.Comfortable with Microsoft Word, Excel, and everyday technology.Self-motivated and able to work independently while being a strong team player.A genuine passion for helping people and creating exceptional experiences.Why Inspired Living?At Inspired Living, we believe the move-in experience sets the tone for everything that comes next.You'll be part of a fun-loving, employee-centric team where relationships matter, creativity is encouraged, and your work directly impacts residents and their families.Benefits include:Medical, Dental & VisionPaid Time Off401(k) Retirement PlanLife InsuranceAssociate Wellness ProgramIf you're organized, energetic, relationship-driven, and love turning "What happens next?" into "We've got you!", we'd love to meet you!
