This includes supervising staff, maintaining brand standards, managing budgets and expenses, supporting sales efforts, and ensuring the property is clean, safe, and operating at the highest service standards.Essential Responsibilities:Ensure compliance with company and franchise standardsSupervise staff, delegate responsibilities, and ensure proper trainingManage budgets, control costs, and monitor financial performanceSupport sales and marketing efforts including community outreachMaintain guest satisfaction and resolve guest concernsOversee scheduling, payroll, inventory, and orderingEnsure timely completion of reports, deposits, and administrative tasksMaintain cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areasHandle employee relations and ensure company policies are followedAll other tasks as assignedQualifications:2+ years of hotel GM experience (select service or extended stay preferred)Brand experience preferredKnowledge of scheduling, inventory, and orderingValid driver's license and open availabilityAssociate's degree preferred or equivalent experience
